Ho! Ho! Ho! Have A Very Bobby Christmas with me! Let’s make some holiday memories together! Below, find the tentative dates, times and places I plan to be throughout the holiday season.

Pittsburgh’s holiday season Grand Opening Festivities
Friday, Nov. 17, Downtown Pittsburgh. This is tentative for me! The Holiday Market at Market Square opens. And the Merry Karaoke event will be from 5 to 9 p.m.

Kennywood Holiday Lights
If you’ve never experienced Kennywood during the holiday season, you’re missing out! The park is filled with more than 2 million lights, plenty of entertainment and rides!
On select nights, Pittsburgh “celebrities” read “A Visit from St. Nicholas.”
Dates I plan on going*:
- Sunday, Nov. 19
- Saturday, Nov. 25
- Sunday, Dec. 17
- Saturday, Dec. 23
- Sunday, Dec. 31
- Monday, Jan. 1
* These dates could change based on my schedule or weather. Also, dates could be added or removed.

Beaver Light Up Festival
Friday, Nov. 24, Beaver, Pennsylvania. Experience the closest thing to a Hallmark Channel small-town holiday event at Beaver’s Light Up Night event (the chamber is too cheap to pay the $100 fee to use the trademarked “Light Up Night” name, and the money benefits charity, and, yes, I am bitter that the Beaver Chamber is like that).
I plan to get there at 4:30 p.m.
The parade begins at 5.
I’m so grateful to my friends who invited me a few years ago because it really is one of my favorite nights of the year!

A Very Merry Pittsburgh
Celebrate the season at Heinz History Center, where visitors can relive childhood memories and learn about how Pittsburghers celebrated the holidays of the past with the A Very Merry Pittsburgh exhibit.
The exhibit features a collection of family keepsakes, artifacts, film and imagery exploring how Western Pennsylvanians have celebrated major winter holidays, including Christmas, Chanukah, Diwali, Kwanzaa and more.
Nostalgic artifacts from Pittsburgh’s popular department stores will be on view, including two recreated holiday windows from Kaufmann’s and memorable objects from Kaufmann’s Santaland.
Visitors will see Santa’s original chair and giant Mr. and Mrs. Claus ornaments along with the mailbox where thousands of Pittsburgh children mailed their Christmas wish lists to the North Pole.
On select days, meet Santa!
Dates I plan on going*:
- Saturday, Nov. 25
- Friday, Dec. 29
* These dates could change based on my schedule or weather. Also, dates could be added or removed.

Erie’s Downtown d’Lights
Friday, Dec. 1. This is Erie’s light up night event! I am tentatively going to this. Downtown d’Lights is a fun holiday celebration. And we can go to the Plymouth afterward.

Steubenville Nutcracker Village
You must see the world’s largest collection of life-size nutcrackers in downtown Steubenville, Ohio, this holiday season.
The Steubenville Nutcracker Village features more than 200 nutcrackers — many of which are 6 feet tall.
The nutcrackers are displayed on the streets of Downtown Steubenville within a block or two from Historic Fort Steuben.
An artisan and vendor market is held many nights during the season.
The nutcrackers are on display from Nov. 21 through Jan. 6.
I’ve not finalized a day I plan on seeing these.

And likely other events!
Suggest something! I’ll share more as well.
